Tamara Halligan is a Washington State registered architect living and working in the  city of Port Townsend. Having designed many homes on the Olympic and Kitsap Penninsulas Tamara is currently working in a small at home office.

     Don’t let her low key style fool you. Tamara  has designed a 9,000 square foot mansion, habitats for humanity,a 550 square foot waterfront cabin, a playhouse for children on Mercer Island, a home for her family, she has helped rebuild a fire ravaged home, and added much needed square footage to an old farmhouse. These among many other projects of similar interest are in her portfolio.

     Designing in a small community is a case by case situation, Jefferson County is one big critical area, we have shoreline issues, streams, bluffs, earthquake hazard zones, wooded ravines, the list goes on. It is my intent to help people make their project, whatever it may be, the most suitable to their lifestyle while serving my own need for order in esthetics.
